2. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
Refunds or returns are only applicable under the following conditions:
You received a defective, damaged, or malfunctioning item
You received the wrong item (wrong product, model, or color)
Your order was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier
You canceled the order before it was shipped
We do not accept returns for reasons related to personal preference (e.g. “I changed my mind”) for opened or used intimate products due to hygiene and safety regulations.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund once opened or used:
Sex toys, wearable items, lubricants, or any body-contact products
Customized or personalized products
Items returned after the 7-day return window
Products without original packaging, tampered labels, or missing accessories
4. Return Window & Process
If your order qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service at support@lanmeier.com within 7 days of receiving the product
Include your order number, photo/video evidence of the issue, and a brief description
Our support team will evaluate your request and approve the return if eligible
Once approved, we will send you a return address and instructions
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
6. Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent incorrectly
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we sent the wrong or damaged item
7. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we may offer a one-time replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Package Refusal / Unclaimed Orders
If a package is refused by the customer or remains unclaimed and is returned to us, only the product cost (excluding original shipping) will be refunded, and a restocking fee of 20% may apply.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it is considered final and cannot be canceled.
