Initially, I didn’t know where my package had been sent. I contacted customer service and received a quick reply. They carefully checked the logistics information for me, and I was then informed that the delivery had failed. They provided me with the contact information for the local logistics company, and we re-contacted them. Finally, I received the toy. Hmm… the quality is excellent, and it’s incredibly playable. I’m very surprised to find such a good product at this price; it’s definitely worth it! In my understanding, this product should cost over $100, but it’s very affordable from this company!!
My only complaint is that the failed delivery meant I waited seventeen days to receive the package. However, I know this had nothing to do with the company; the logistics company couldn’t contact me and returned the package. Customer service was very patient and quickly resolved the issue, which eased my mind. In short, this is a very good company, and everyone can order with confidence.

I found pressing the buttons a little difficult because my nails are quite long and I tend to scratch them. However, I can use the app to explore different modes.
